Perry’s Professional Services Complete Property Management was started by Alex Perry, a Cape Cod native, who had the vision of providing comprehensive and unique services that would give customers what they truly need. The customized management we provide gives our clients a hassle-free way of maintaining their biggest investment.
Perry’s Professional Services is a full-service Cape Cod property management company specializing in the management of condo complexes, commercial properties and single/multi-family homes.
Our personal "Hands On" approach to Cape Cod property management is based on a core belief of integrity, honesty, and hard work. We offer our clients a level of service, response time and open communication we believe no other company can match.

Alex Perry

Alex is a local Cape Cod Native born and raised in Provincetown. Alex lives with his wife Yoe, his two sons Alex and Cole in Wellfleet and knows firsthand the issues that Cape Cod property owners face. The idea for Perry’s Professional Services was born out of a local need to get quality service in a timely fashion. For years while managing a local hardware store Alex would assist his customers with the everyday needs of owning a home and over and over again he heard numerous complaints about how difficult it was to get help, so for Alex it made sense to develop a company that would have a list of services that would meet the needs of customers and their properties. Whether it’s a small or big project, working with one company as opposed to several different venders seemed to be ideal and thus Perry’s “One Stop Shopping” concept came to be.
Yoe Perry
Owner and Office Manager
Yoe is what Locals call a wash ashore. Raised in Key West, Fla. most of her life Yoe knows all about seasonal living. Yoe came to Provincetown in the summer of 1992 and fell in love with the Cape. Yoe grew up in a seasonal and customer service oriented atmosphere. Helping run two family owned Cuban restaurants in Key West gave, her the skills needed to not only deal with customers effectively but also office oriented skills that are invaluable to her in the property management business today. She currently resides in Wellfleet with her husband Alex and two sons.
Sean Pitta
Manager
Sean originally from New Jersey came to the Cape for many of the same reasons most come here, for a better way of life. Before coming to work for Perry’s Sean excelled in the field of Emergency Vehicle Assembly. Also a very customer oriented individual Sean adds volumes to the service that Perry’s provides. Sean has a well rounded knowledge in all areas and his ability to keep a level head while dealing with stressful situations is a refreshing trait that our customers have come to depend on. Sean currently resides in Wellfleet with his wife Theresa and son Noah.
